Barre Core Classes

Barre Core is an upbeat, music-based movement that will get your heart pumping and your body moving! This style of movement incorporates basic fitness, a touch of dance, and a bit of Pilates – a little bit of everything for everyone! – for a full-body workout that will ultimately leave you feeling stronger, leaner, longer, and wanting more!
Group Mixed Apparatus, Springboard & Reformer Classes
Group Mixed Apparatus can include the Tower, Cadillac, Reformer, Springboards & Chair. Mixed Apparatus and Springboard Classes will be limited to 6, Reformer classes are limited to 4.
Pre-registration is required!
3 people are needed for the class to run, 24 hr. cancellation policy. Bring your friends & journey toward your fitness goals.
Apparatus classes are $25 per class

What is a Springboard Class?
The Springboard provides spring resistance in order to build long lean muscles. Take your matwork to the next level and improve strength, posture, balance, flexibility and coordination. Exercises can be done seated, standing, kneeling, and lying down. The springs can be adjusted up and down to increase or decrease the difficulty of the exercises. Work out side by side and get motivated and inspired by your classmates!
