Pilates Mat Express If your short on time but don't want to skip your workout this 30 minute mat class will give you a total body work out in a short amount of time.

Group Reformer For all you Reformer lovers out there, sign up now! Classes are limited to 4 so register to reserve your spot. The Reformer is the most well know piece of Apparatus and is amazing for working on form, posture and balance. You will feel stretched and strong after this class.

Reformer Mat Fusion is half reformer, half mat Pilates. Mixing the two methods together will give you a diversified and challenging class that's also a great introduction to reformer Pilates. Space is limited so please sign up in advance.
