Pilates Mat Enjoy this traditional Pilates mat class that uses your own body to increase strength & flexibility. Great for all levels. Beginners are welcome! Restorative Pilates Mat Enjoy stretching your muscles and releasing tension, your body will thank you! Incorporates various techniques and props including the foam roller and ring, to lengthen muscles. You can be more flexible. Ballet Body Pilates A gentle flow-style class set to beautiful classical music, light jazz, and other relaxing and inspiring music. Mat and floor barre warm up using small equipment, transitioning to vertical Pilates barre and some free standing exercises to invigorate and energize. To wrap up we head back to the mat for stretch, release and deep relaxation. Pilates Fusion Mat This class takes the Pilates Matwork and fuses it with other body therapy techniques including Yoga and strength training. This class gives you a nice variety of toning, stretching, coordination and balance. Pilates Mat Express If your short on time but don't want to skip your workout this 30 minute mat class will give you a total body work out in a short amount of time.
