Pilates Mat Classes ( Virtual)

​Pilates Basics Mat Brand new to Pilates? Learn how the breathing works, where your core is & how to engage it. Get individualized attention and modifications for exercises and learn this amazing body therapy technique in a safe and fun environment. Great refresher if you haven't been in a while or you want to challenge your technique.

Pilates Mat Enjoy this traditional Pilates mat class that uses your own body to increase strength & flexibility. Great for all levels.  Beginners are welcome!

Restorative Pilates Mat   Enjoy stretching your muscles and releasing tension, your body will thank you! Incorporates various techniques and props including the foam roller and ring, to lengthen muscles.  You can be more flexible.


Ballet Body Pilates A gentle flow-style class set to beautiful classical music, light jazz, and other relaxing and inspiring music. Mat and floor barre warm up using small equipment, transitioning to vertical Pilates barre and some free standing exercises to invigorate and energize. To wrap up we head back to the mat for stretch, release and deep relaxation.

Pilates Fusion Mat This class takes the Pilates Matwork and fuses it with other body therapy techniques including Yoga and strength training. This class gives you a nice variety of toning, stretching, coordination and balance.

Pilates Mat Express If your short on time but don't want to skip your workout this 30 minute mat class will give you a total body work out in a short amount of time. 

​Standing Pilates focuses on balance and coordination it works the entire body to improve posture and help to prevent falls.

Pilates Apparatus Classes

​Pilates Mixed Apparatus What are you in the mood for today? This class uses a combo of the Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, Barrel, tower and Springboard. It's fast pace circuit type class designed to build strength and power, alternate between high intensity intervals, relax and release breaks, and getting the heart rate elevated. Experience on all the apparatus is highly recommended. 

​Group Springboard This piece of equipment was created to mimic the Pilates tower. It can be challenging but also offer assistance for mat exercises that may have seemed impossible on you own. Check out the video on the homepage to see what this Apparatus can do.

​Group Reformer For all you Reformer lovers out there, sign up now! Classes are limited to 4 so register to reserve your spot. The Reformer is the most well know piece of Apparatus and is amazing for working on form, posture and balance. You will feel stretched and strong after this class. 

Hip and Knee
This is a class specifically designed for anyone who is recovering from or anticipating  knee or hip surgery, and  anyone with healthy knees and hips who would like to keep them that way. We take a gentle approach, incorporating large and small apparatus, to increasing mobility  in the lower body,  creating stability around  these vulnerable joints and enjoying moving freely and without pain. Learn to adapt your favorite Pilates exercises for your needs, in a way that keeps knees and hips comfortable.

Pilates Cardio Circuit
We move from barre to mat to Reformer, Chair and even Springboard in a class designed to get the heart pumping, the breath moving and the entire body in motion. An energizing and strength-building weekend workout designed to burn those calories and move every muscle! Cool down will include stretches and release work.

Advanced Apparatus Take your Pilates to the next level! We will be exploring the advanced Apparatus work from the Pilates technique in this class, bring your A game! Star, Snake Twist, and Pull ups to name a few. We will use a combo of the Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, Barrel, tower and Springboard. It's fast pace and has a flow as you move from one piece of Apparatus to another. Not for beginners!

Barre/ Core We will move from barre to floor to large apparatus,  to strengthen core,  improve alignment,  and  develop balance and strength in the lower limbs, and freedom and motion in the head, neck and shoulders. We will finish class with release work and deep relaxing stretches.

Foundations  Combo class What is this equipment for? How does it work?  Become comfortable with every piece of apparatus in the room, and learn how they can enhance and refine your understanding and execution of Pilates Foundation exercises.  Apparatus work is fun and intense! Become comfortable with these machines and learn how they relate to your mat exercises, and how they can work for you!

Reformer/ Mat Fusion is half reformer, half mat Pilates. Mixing the two methods together will give you a diversified and challenging class that's also a great introduction to reformer Pilates. Space is limited so please sign up in advance.
